It turns out that they processed the order anyway and got them out to me on time. I was sure that I had ruined any chance i had of getting these posters in time. I got a response from someone right away (&am the next morning) saying that it could be done if I just paid an extra charge for express delivery (of course I wanted that to get them in time for Senior's day!) To complicate things i missed this kind email until two days later. At 3am I emailed support to beg to cancel my order because I realized that since the four days included a weekend, it would be impossible to fulfill the request and receive my order on time. I did not read the time table clearly and after I designed the posters and ordered I realized that they would not get to me on time. It had been a very stressful month with a family member who required multiple hospitalizations and I finally found the time to order them as I was overnight in the Emergency room on yet another admission. it was four days before my son's Senior Night for his Division 3 Volleyball team and I finally got around to ordering posters for the two graduating Seniors on their team. Just wanted to say Thank you for an amazing job and for the kindness extended to me during a very difficult time.
